Replacing the mattress - advice/recommendations please

We are determined to replace our (French Bed corner cut off), folding on centre line (only half bed base is hinged) mattress. Can I ask for recommendations and advice about suppliers please?

We have just purchased one from IKEA. Plan is to cut to fit (electric bed knife) and then modify the cover.

Does it fold down the centre line (only half our bed base hinges up/down) ?

Hi I ordered a French bed corner cut off mattress topper through Jonic, but I thankfully found the suppliers label and batch number on the back of the existing mattress which helped with the exact measurements. I placed this on top of the existing mattress and it works very well.
