Advice needed please. Currently away for wedding anniversary and have a shower disaster On our Exsis i414.
water working fine however shower hose appears to be stuck inside plastic mounting somewhere and water not getting through.
I’m fearful of pulling too hard in case I cause damage. would anyone have tips on how to replace the hose or maybe had a similar experience as this might give me a clue as to how to go about fixing this.
Thank you.
For now it’s wipes all the way.

This might help with the Hymer experts, it looks like it’s fouled up inside and the key question is how to get the valve off without taking the panel off.

It's probably been twisted around and formed a knot, try pushing it back in and twisting in different directions if that doesn't release it you will have to remove the corner panel it's mounted in.
