Replacement window (1200 x 300) for fiat ducato 1999 CI elegant?

Anyone know where I can get a replacement for an over cab window measuring 1200 x 300?
The current window is Birkholz seitz.
It seems to be a rare window and I am having difficulty finding any replacement. The window panel is very cracked. Any information would be really helpful. Thanks
