Replacement of Plug Points

As part of our renovation it would be nice to replace these old plug sockets. Also to put in some USB ports.

I'm struggling to find replacement units on Amazon. Anyone else got any suggestions?

Those are from the old Clipsal range,other makes are CBE and Berker.
