Replace Radio Aerial ? Where is wiring ?

Hi. The radio aerial on our 2004 Peugeot Boxer (with overcall bed) needs replacing, I also think the cable is U/S.

Any ideas on where to fit a replacement aerial - mainly wiring accessibility
Or anyone know where the existing aerial, cable runs and how to access it.

Looking behind the radio, a cloth wrapped cable disappears into the back of the dash and seems untraceable.

Need to repair before heading to Croatia next month.

If it's based on a FIAT, Peugeot or Citroen chassis it could be in the nearside mirror housing.

No, it's too old for that. The original was in the side of the over cab but I can't see how to get at any wiring.

Could you fit a replacement on the side of a front wing and run its cable through an existing bulkhead grommet into the cab ?
