I seem to remember that there used to be a kit available for repairing pleated blinds that have the little holes at the top and slide along a slim rail. Does anyone have knowledge of this please?

The holes are no longer holes!

I can’t help Sandra but hopefully bumping this to see if the Sunday morning viewers might know.

If It’s the small holes that have given up you could try the small reinforced self adesive rings used when putting sheets of paper files with the two holes.

There are replacement blank sheets that you cut to shape. To do this you need to remove the blind from the frame which can lead to broken plastic bits. A paper crafter suggested tissue paper glued over holding the open edge together. An other option would be to glue the pleat to the next one if there is enough stretch left in the blind. Where can I get the sheets I hear - Germany but they won't post to UK.!

Not sure if a 3d printer can do anything but plastic, the blinds are fabric. Then again, I have no knowledge of 3D printing.
