My personal experience of Renogy after sales was also appalling, never again.
Victron or Sunshine Solar would be my choice although if budget is an issue I have been running an Edocoa 2,000 watt pure sine wave inverter for 1.5 years now with no problems running an air fryer, microwave etc.
No idea what Edecoa after sales are like to deal with as I have had no problems unlike the Renogy gear I bought.

ive just been looking on amazon and nothing gets 5 stars everything seems to be faulty so difficult it seems its a lottery if you get a gudn including victron

We've had our Renogy 3000w inverter for about 3 years, never had a problem that wasn't due to it being asked to do too much! It then beeps, so we turn it off, reduce the load, and turn it back on again. I rewired the Truma boiler into one of its outlets and it's that that also sometimes catches us out if we have been off EHU on electric and not set the Truma to gas.

When I installed it, I added a few extra 240v outlets and didn't wire it as input to the consumer unit, which would have supplied all the power points in the motorhome which might have been the better install .... but our Renogy 3000w inverter works and works well!

We can use the microwave and kettle at the same time plus another small load appliance.
The pass through works brilliantly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Renogy 3000W inverter based on my experience.

Ihave Renogy 50amp b2b with mppt and starter battery charging and have previously had 30a version and a few mppt controllers All are very well built (cases off for a look) all have been faultless...if you're worried about Aftersales service buy from a 3rd party( got my 50a B2B online from a van converter in Peterborough & it was £30 less than Renogy sale price)

I'm currently eying up this 3kw LF inverter/charger from wired campers:

It looks similar to the renogy but cheaper. Apparently WC have good customer service, 4.9 on trustpilot.

I can't justify £1k on the victron equivalent sadly.

Looks ok doesn't specify maximum charging current tho.

With inverters you get what you pay for, I wouldn't trust a cheap one with any sensitive electronic equipment.

I bought a cheapo one 10 years ago, it's made by Chinese company Meind, 1000w pure sinewave. It was used for Ann's hair straighteners because they had a big start up current but now it powers the 400w vacuum cleaner, I also powered a fridge off it for a while and my hair clippers while away. It was £67 but I had to wait 4 weeks for AliExpress delivery

There is a Chinese seller on eBay RELIABLE POWER..they are manufacturers and are often highly rated on solar off grid forums around the world,I have had/got their inverters, not the cheapest but are superb Quality...it has to be remembered that use in a MH will be minor compared to a off grid home
