Good luck with your sale. You’ve got it nice and clean looking. (y) Also try putting it on Facebook Marketplace as it’s extremely popular for the buying/selling of vans.

Payload - Have you weighed it to get the exact weight so you know what's left?

I don't know what you mean Minxy Girl - what's left of what, exactly? I'll see if there is anythig on the documentation regarding payload.....

Think what Minx Girl means is what is the ULW,,Only way to find out is a weigh bridge..With ulw established you will then know the legal pay load,,BUSBY :D :D

Hi Kerry

You need to take the MH to a weighbridge and get both axles weighed individually, the total will give you the actual total weight of the MH, deduct this from 3500kg and that's the payload that's left, you also need to check that the weight of each axle doesn't exceed the plated weight for them even if the total weight is still under 3500kg.

The only reason I'm querying this is that we used to have a Rimor Sailer 645TC (2006) with a garage and being a top-spec model it didn't have a lot of payload left. For some people this wouldn't be an issue but for others it might be. If it is tight it can easily be uprated so not a big problem but something that you're likely to be asked by a buyer so might as well find out now.
