Recommended sites Caen/ mont saint-michel direction. (1 Viewer)

Just arrived in france and looking for our next stop on our way south .
Park4night will give me plenty of options but won't tell me which are the nice places to go see etc which is why i'm asking for recommendations from you knowledgeable people .
Must have a toilet and hook-up as a minimum please .

Very few if any sites will be open at this time of year in northern France there are a few listed here

Some aires will have electric and dump but most will have the water turned off

Another possibility is https://www.labidonniere.fr at Ardevon. A couple of miles from Mont St Michel. Hookup and loos. We did a couple of nights there in 2018. Flat and open and probably a bit bleak at this time of year though.

I'm basically trying to get through down the west coast of france into spain , while dodging the new emissions zones , snow zones and as many of the dearer tolls if at all possible. ....

when you get a bit further south, towards la Rochelle --- Lac du Frace is a free aire with a toilet block adjacent for the users of the lake, stayed there a few times but not this time of year, its adjacent to a large car park for lake visitors so i assume it never closes?
