recommended fiat garage ?

Hi all, we now have another date for our Adria / Fiat PVC delivery - getting nearer to Christmas ! does anyone have any recommendations for a fiat professional garage that will deal with the warranty, recalls and servicing etc within an hour or two of the london area. TIA

Sorry, missed this.

If you are in the bottom half of London, you could use Northern Commercials in Hildenborough, Tonbridge for recalls. I find them expensive for anything that costs, so I don't use them for servicing.

For servicing you are probably better off looking at a local garage that has a high enough door to get in and a big enough 4 post car lift.

The exception seems to be the Fiat Comfortmatic gearbox. If you have one of them, then you need to go to someone who really knows what they are doing to get it serviced or have the fluids checked.

They speak good English amazing workshop Udo is service manager Mario is the owner all his family are in the business ,electric hookup for overnight stay ,it’s a days journey from Calais ,look it up on there web site you’ll be surprised ,people come from Denmark,Greece,all over,hope this helps.

Thanks for the responses , DDJC, Flairy & Gertee I will definitely check them out - the new adria we have on order has the new automatic gearbox so hopefully should be less problematic than the comfort unit fitted to older models. I have now heard back from Fiat who have given me a a few names of garages too but i was after recommendations from the group as there is nothing better than personal recommendations. As I said in the original post we have not got the van yet - should be November but i am trying to get all things in place as we have 15 days from vehicle registration to apply for the extended warranty - I know that there are lots of views on warranties but that's another thread !
Thanks again for your input, i am sure that when we get the van there will be more questions.

In the end I followed a recommendation on here to contact Adams Morey in Portsmouth. They were friendly, quick and efficient. All sorted by initial phone call then email. As a guide, the extra 3 years cost me £866.

Many thanks for the information, I will look at their website with a view to contacting them as soon as we have the van at the dealers - Abacus in Andover .
