Recommendations for an English-speaking vet near Calais

We are starting I return journey from Spain to uk and looking for recommendations of a vet near Calais or an hour away so as to sort wormers out for our dog .

Any suggestions ?

English speaking vet would be more welcome as we don’t speak French

Assume you know it must be done at least 24hrs before return to uk, and can be done up to 5 days before.

There is an eire at Buchy near the gendarmerie.

This is a good English speaking vet, 20 euro with own worming table. Loads of spacious parking and supermarket nearby

It's also on the way to aire at La Mailleraie sur Seine

We use the one at la fleche on our way through, use own tablet and administer ourselves €10 to €20

Hi we stayed at Douia last night vets in the square really lovely the car park is massive 5 spaces for all services free even hookup free lovely big town Clinique Du Bart veterinary 50 eu. For 2 dogs and he even gave me prescription for my dogs eyes as she has glucoama make appointment on website

10 min walk to massive Sandy beaches plus shopping 5 min walk.

Less than an hour to Calais along the 16.

FIDGET - just to make you aware, the Vets at La Mailleraye have cancelled us twice at the last minute due to not having a Vet available - they are a satellite surgery - we were able to get an appointment at their main surgery in Bourg Achard

We have used this vet a couple of times. We booked in advance but google reviews has someone who did a walk in. Super efficient and friendly. It has parking but there is a Lidl almost opposite which makes parking even easier.

Another vote for Buchy. Book online through Captain Vet. We're back again in January when they'll review the three year rabies injection.

There is a FB group with the snappy title Recommended Vets for Tapeworm Treatment which has a map covering France showing vets.

We are the same heading back next week. Contacted the vet at Buchy through their website. Messaged on Facebook messenger and recieved a confirmation of appointment back within a couple of hours for the worming treatment.

40€. Not the cheapest but convenient for the tunnel and somewhere to pitch for the night.
