Swift Kon Tiki 655
Ok, I'm absolutely clueless!
I have a 2003 Kon Tiki 655 and want to reupholster my seat cushions. I have removed all covers except one. I can't figure out how to remove the rear Travel Seat upper head rest cushion. It's fixed and I can't figure out how to remove it. If any of you wonderful motorhomers can advise I would be very grateful.

It's the upper head rest section

I'm not sure if yours works the same as the one in our Hymer but ours is up against a backboard like yours and the cushion is held firmly in place by vertical metal rods similar to the ones that hold standard front seat headrests in place. It is not at all obvious on ours but when I wanted to clean the covers I found that tugging and jiggling upwards at the cushion released the rods and the whole thing lifted clear. Try sliding your fingers underneath the cushion to see if you can feel any rods.
