Rear light cover removel

Hi, I have just purchased a Bessacarr E635 2008 and I'm having trouble trying to find out how the rear light covers are removed to gain access to the bulbs.
Can anyone help please? I have phoned the the dealer which I purchased it from but they not replied which is very annoying.

Could they be held in on Velcro, maybe try putting a suction on them, that’s if they are smooth.
