Hi funsters
I am in the South of France at present in a Hymer T568SL. I have a Gaslow system. I filled my bottles up in Wales on Friday 1st September and then arrived in France on Sunday 3rd all seemed fine with the gas supply, fridge 100%, the rings and oven possibly seemed a little low on pressure/flame by mid week we were high in the Alps and wanted to use the Truma combi boiler on gas but this faulted out with the following codes E2 12 H which seems to suggests "combustion air indeed or exhaust outlet sealed", I have checked these and seen no obstruction. Why would this effect the cooker? Since then we have had barely workable gas pressure in the oven or on the rings. Today the gas lights in oven or rings, then goes out. We have tried topping up the bottles with more gas but no luck. However, the fridge still works on gas. Have I got a bad batch of has in Wales, is there a gas pressure failure? Can anyone suggest the source of the problem?
Many thanks in anticipation

Could well be that the gas pressure regulator is faulty and needs replacing . (this is also listed as another Truma fault code E212H )
Assuming that you were filled ,in Wales , with propane Autogas that does not freeze unless it is very cold (unlike Butane)

as above ,

also check

is the regulator above the bottle take off point .. or below ?

if below, the pigtail and or the regulator could be blocked with oily residue ..

It wudnt have frozen, even at 2500m itvwas still 27c, if the Regulator was the problem why would the fridge keep working? Many thanks

If it is faulty , the gas regulator could be still be letting just enough gas through for the single gas jet on the fridge . ( The Truma needs a lot more gas to operate and not show a fault code )

Dont rule out the regulator! The regulator will still allow a gas flow albeit reduced if faulty. The fridge will sill power up but even though the pressure is low, it will still keep the burner running albeit sooting up the exhaust.
As before ...Double check the regulator.

All fixed by the very friendly and knowledgeable people at Nice Caravans. The gas regulator was the issue and was sorted straight away. Thanks for the advice everyone.
