Just gone into peugeot for service and 1st mot 400 odd quid! Last few eeeks tyre pressure light been on dash. They say tyre pressure all good but needs further invedtigstion at 100 quid just to investigate. Anyone else had this issue with peugeot boxer.

If it's going to be £100 just to investigate, then it's likely to be a few quid more to rectify.
Is it maybe a better idea to forget the Peugeot's own TPM and fit Tyrepal's TPM for a won-off payment of less than £100 with Funster's 20% discount?

On modern vehicles it's all down to suspension geometry and sensor's.
Chances are they could plug in and either reset or it will tell them which sensor it is. £100 is probably for them to plug in 😉

The peugeot tyre pressures are in the passenger door pillar. The TPM will not show correctly unless you use those pressures. They are high for a smooth ride but to lower them they need an electronic magic box and any Peugeot garage that has one will charge £300 to change the TPM pressures.
The tyre pressures that the garage say are good are probably not to the manufacturers sticker .try pumping them up to that first and give your van a 15 min run and see if the TPM goes off

Omitting an easy way for the driver to re-calibrate the van's TPM is outrageous.

I do this with our car, it is automated, it takes about 30 seconds, costing zilch.

So cingudinf, we bked it in with peugeot penton at poole for service and mot, they said coz of size they cldnt do it so they bked it in with penton at christchurch. When asked cld this light thing be done under warranty they said gotta take it to peugeot really fed up didnt realise the garage was not peugeot so paid 420 quid and not even right garage. Next yr will defo stay clear of dealerships garage rip off and not very knowledgable. Bought from new didnt ecpect to be paying out on it yet especially as not hardly driven for two yrs so not impressed.
