Rapido Hab Door Exterior Handle Problem

I have a 2020 Rapido 8096DF. The exterior handle on our habitation door has stopped working. The interior handle works fine and so does the lock. We bought the vehicle from Brownhills, but they quoting June before they can even look at it. Can anyone suggest good Rapido dealers (or any dealer) in the UK where I could take it?

I live in the Isle of Man, but we are starting a six-month trip to the UK (and possibly Europe) starting mid-March with no planned itinerary. So location of the dealer is less important than finding one who can diagnose and fix the problem quickly.

Also, someone on the Rapido owners forum mentioned this was a fairly common problem and there was someone on here who could fix it cheaply, but I don't have a name. Is that still the case and who would I need to contact?

Could be that a cast iron pin on the lock has snapped. Easy fix. Take lock out by undoing inside plastic bits first.. if it is the case u can drill an easily into the cast and screw a suitable size bolt into it and cut head of if needed. That’s what happened to mine.
