I’m wanting to get a small electric motor bike carrier fitted on the rear of my motorhome and the firm is asking if the Alko chassis goes all the way to the back. I’ve had a look and it looks like it’s the same metal but I’m not an expert so if anybody knows please give me a shout thank you in advance.

Might be worth taking a picture or two and sending to someone like Lincoln Towbars who would better advise.
We once nearly bought a Rapido and soon realised that the garage had no rails underneath it at all.

Are they not asking if it needs a Chassis extension.
Some Motorhome Chassis’s stop about 2ft short of the back so need an extension fitted/ bolted on to house a tow bar.
This is quite common.

Ours has a chassis extension for the towbar. The Alko part stops about 1m from the end of our 7.5m van.
