We’ve just purchased this Motorhome (2007) and when I turn the tap on to empty the grey water absolutely nothing happens. Do I need to do something else first (apart from emptying sinks etc!). Not even a dribble domes out. Must be something basic I’m not doing. Thanks

Grey water.
1- is it already empty?
2- a poke with something long and thin should start the flow as they can get blocked with gunk and sediment.

I’ll give it a go but it’s not even dripping a little. No - it’s definitely not empty. Thanks

Fill it up with water and get some grey tank cleaner and leave it in the tank for a few hours to desolve any grease and have a drive around to agitate then open the tank release and make sure all your plug holes are clear to ensure no vacuum A2880638-B6FD-4F37-8DAA-0A93618D3CF9.jpeg . Is your tank indicator working ? If not then previous process should help to get it going again

Well that’s a sound plan except that we picked it up from the dealer two weeks ago and this is our first overnight. If they didn’t clean it when they serviced it then there will be words!

Probably also got an internal valve like mine has. Check the floor lockers there maybe a valve in one of them. Failing that did it not come with any manuals?

Did you look at it after you collected it? Be assured they will not have looked at the Grey tank except maybe to check there is no obvious leaks.
