Thinking of doing this for some by using a relay in the usual way but, one thing bothers me.
If the power positive is changed over from vehicle to leisure battery and the negative remains connected to the vehicle battery the current drain will not be shown on the Victron Battery Meter. Should I therefore use a dual relay and switch the earth at the same time.
Tell me I'm overthinking the problem🤔

Not sure about the technical side of your question but with the quality of Bluetooth speakers these days, is there any need for using the van sound system?

No further action needed, I think. The return path goes to the chassis connection. There is a connection from the chassis to the Victron shunt, and then into the leisure battery. So the shunt would register the current as required.

Even if the negative was wired directly to the starter batter negative terminal, the terminal is connected to the chassis, and the return current would still go via the chassis to the shunt and the leisure battery negative.

I just wired mine permantly to the leisure battery via the EBL. I don't see the point of a relay to switch between starter & leisure battery.

I don't know the year or model of your PVC but many modern head units are controlled via the can-bus not simply fed with 12v and switched on & off by the head unit facia. If yours is like that supply from the leisure circuits won't prevent ant automatic shut down of the head unit after the predetermined time.
