Quality Chinese Tools

Quality wins every time with me. I have a BMW bike made in Germany, quality bike, the next model on from mine had a change of indicator switch which copied the Japs, mine has paddles right for right turn, left for left turn. British bikes don't come close to my mind.
Adjustable spanners are great to a point, I have in fact made three junior type hacksaws, one based on the usual format, one angle for right hand use the other for left hand use. How many many things have been made for different uses I wonder..

I made a heavy duty trailer years ago to recover my friends BMW motor cycle as it was to heavy for his lightweight one 👍😂

And didn't 'we' used to refer to 'Jap crap' motorcycles? (How we laughed!).
Well that soon came back and bit us on the bum didn't it!

April 1969 The Honda CB750.

Not that the previous years of Honda 125cc Benly, CB72, CB77 and of course the Bonnie beating CB450 were anything to sniff at all amazing reliable and very quick machines.

How can you tell which end is which? ;)
One end is for left handed people the other for righthand people. Unless you are under 5ft then it acts in reverse 🤔

I have a light weight one, an F series model F800ST. Used to have the K1200RS, now that was a heavy bike. Wife won't go on it, it gives my ears a break ;) :ROFLMAO:

Somewhere, I've still got my set of BA spanners from my modeling days in my yufe. Ever so rarely they come out to be used on something, the trouble is I have to find them in my workshop. I do know, they are in there somewhere. :gum:

As an aside, this Indentured Apprentice received, £3-16-4d per week, for the term of five years, so very posh and my mum got her hands on most of it, but in truth was actually saving it and gave it all back when we got married. :clap2:
