Pverde app

Arrived at Vitoria gasteiz & downloaded the Pverde app. I entered my phone, email & van reg & got a code to confirm it but then I got an email saying I need to complete registration with my bank card. So I put my name & email in but the last box to complete says to enter. “DAYS, NOT passport”. What on earth does that mean? Anybody got a clue? I want to complete registration in case I come across this parking again.

I understand Vitoria Gasteiz is free I thought entry is with your registration plate I've not registered a card and I'm in the UK and it's just shown it wants to read my number plate. For me to enter.

Also it says 0 places

It's market day tomorrow you can park beyond where the market sign is towards Euroski or they move you on at 6am to 7am as they set the market up.

Just had a look on the app as we used that Aire in November, I didn’t set up any credit card as it says this must be done for paid parking. If it doesn’t recognise your number plate you can enter by pin

I’ve registered my number plate but it just says registration can’t be completed until I’ve completed every box and put bank card details in. Yes, it is free here but it still won’t let me in until Ive completed every box for registration We are parked with other vans alongside the outside of the fenced in campervan area but not in the reserved market spaces. I just for the life of me don’t know what the blooming app is asking me for haha. Maybe I’ll contact them in the morning or I may just forget the whole thing & move on tomorrow. You have to park this side of the yellow sign in the carpark or the police will move you in the morning early.

Walk down and have a look use Google translate to read it .

If I remember correctly it was quite straightforward apart from the barrier wouldn’t open, I think I was to close so manually entered a pin on the keypad.

Maybe try deleting the app and start again

Thanks. Seems like we’re ok here for the night. Reckon we’ll be up at crack of dawn anyhow as we’re now gonna get some shut eye as hubby wants to just move on first thing tomorrow. We’ll have another crack at this stopover on the return journey. Hope I don’t come across this app again before then . Thanks again for the help.
