Anyone got any experience of this dealer. Considering something they have for sale and it is quite a long trip for me. My last experience with a dealer wasn't good, so forewarned is forearmed etc.

Cheers,
Terry

Bought from them a couple of times: They've been good and fair - also used their service department. They have been the Dethleffs Owners Club Dealership of the year for quite a few years as well. I like they just leave you to look around if you want to, and they have a small room in the Showroom with free WiFi, coffee and a toilet ...

Cheers

A few years ago before COVID, I had a couple of queries and found them very helpful!

Been there a couple of times I would agree they seem a good company.
Be careful where you park as they share the site with a car company.

Thanks for the replies everyone. Good to hear.
It is a 3.5 Hour drive for us so good to get some experienced comment.
The last dealer we bought from was the "give us your money and b@@@@r off" type. It makes you a bit more cautious going forward.
But it what this forum is so useful for.

Again many thanks,

Terry

We bought new from them 5 years ago next week. They have been nothing short of excellent.

We have had annual hab / warranty work completed by them and they have arranged our MOT and service at a local garage too.

We had a water leak which they corrected / repaired within 2 days of being notified, even though they were fully booked.

We had our starter battery die on us in France. Managed to purchase a booster pack to get us home as the local Fiat dealer wanted €470 for a replacement battery. We got back to UK, called Pullingers and they booked us in. They checked battery and confirmed it had died, but instead of charging us for a replacement, they advised Dethleffs that it was a hab battery and not a starter (hab batteries have longer warranty apparently) and replaced it free of charge.

The whole team, sales / service and parts are first rate and receive the annual Dethleffs award for good reason.

I hope you receive the same level of service we have as you will not be disappointed.

I have recently bought a Dethleffs and traded in my old motorhome. Excellent service and could not be more helpful

Likewise we bought a Dethleefs from them in 2021 and have had it hab checked by them every year. They are a brilliant company.

Is it worth bearing in mind that you might need something done under warranty and they might be the only dealer that will do it. I prefer to buy reasonably local.
