Id be grateful for some critical feedback.

The present Banner 85Ah AGM is inadequate for little more than supporting hookup, so I'm planning a big upgrade to 460Ah Fogstar LiFePO4 rather than adding more AGM. (Using the member discount). I regularly spend up to a week in one place off grid.

I have some solar panels I shall add later and may add a powerful inverter later although I currently use the 1kW inverter on a power bank.

My CBE 516 charger has a desulphurisation programme which I don't think can be switched off, so I'm planning to charge the Fogstar from a Victron blue smart IP22 20A which has a dedicated lithium programme.

I'll cut off the Victron 's 3 pin plug (if any) and take mains power from the same place that the CBE does in the Chint circuit breaker, (or from the CBE). I'll swap the 12v live and neutral cables from the CBE onto the Victron.

I don't want to lose the 12v signal to the Weinsberg control panel because it indicates that the van is on hook up. Also it's all under warranty, so after removing the live and neutral 12v I'm planning to leave the CBE in situ. That will leave the 240v mains going into the CBE and the white signal wire coming out. I know I could replace it with a relay or something like that but I already have the CBE.

Does this seem like it will work? Have I overlooked something?
Is there a lithium charger for about £150 that has a 12v signal output?

Thanks

I suspect the recommended additional kit [expense] will be:
Lithium appropriate charger [the original CBE 516 could have the desulphurisation mode switched off, not so in the later models]
A lithium appropriate solar controller
A battery to battery charger
Upgrade of cables.

Good points. There is an existing Schaudt WA 121525 battery to battery boost controller with 25A charging current which charges when the engine is running. I shall switch that over to lithium.

Thanks. I have a Victron solar controller which charges at 14.4v and 13.8v float. Voltage is adjustable on an app.
