Why do I have to sign in each time I try to join the forum? Each time I try, up comes “I’m a guest with a limited time frame”. Previously I was able to join without a problem. Now I have to sign in each time to get passed this point. Help!!!!!

Viewing as a guest is now limited to a dozen or so posts, so you need to either register, or if you are already a member, you need to log in. Once logged in, you can read as many posts as you like.

It sounds like you are deleting (or it's being deleted for you) the cookie that records you as a logged in member. Cookies are occasionally useful. It will be recreated when you log in but some browser settings or anti-spyware can be overly aggressive and delete it again!

Have you been “Delete Browsing History” ? That clears your log in cookies.

No I don’t delete browsing history. I do have a VPN, could that be my problem.

Normally, when this happens, its an iPad on a private browser session, not storing cookies.

A lot of browsers have a delete cookie setting on closing, have you got this enabled?

Once logged in, you can read as many posts as you like.

Unless a rather ' precious ' member has you on double ignore which can make reading some threads either impossible or confusing.

Case in point, he/she can't see that you called them 'precious' so we don't get to enjoy the resulting tit-for-tat.
