Pre paid data sims in Italy?

Can anyone recommend a pre paid sim available for data while travelling in Italy?

Yep, we too used our preloaded 12Gb Three Sim in a mifi for data while we toured Italy in the spring. No problems and was able to facetime kids when we wanted to.

I always use this site. I have found it always up to date in the many countries that I have needed prepaid sims.

Do the research before you get there find the best deal for what you what and hit that shop in the first town you get to. Brilliant site.

We have kept our 3 monthly PAYG contract running (£20 for 15g) and have so far got 3 months and now in Italy.

However,we find it very slow for downloading and impossible for streaming so have had almost half the allowance left each month. Plus there is always the chance to be suddenly cut off as over the 2 month FAH allowance. We mainly use campsites and so many have free or cheap faster wi fi even for streaming TV, that we will probably cancel the 3 contract and just keep a few 12g or now 24g sims as back up.

We also have a working Europasim but that now seems to have gone up to €6 day for only 200mb
