Hi Polly,

That's a very kind offer! We've spent the last 3-4 days trying to sort out ferry crossings, medication supplies, Car MOTs and, yesterday, a bloody Jury Service Citation [pardon my French], in the hope that we can get away to France & Spain, so we'll decline rather than risk messing you about by accepting and then cancelling!

Should be the easiest thing in the world; retire, get m/home, renew passport, clear off, enjoy, come back. But life is getting in the way at the minute. I feel better now I've got that off my chest! (y)
