Anyone got a favourite New Forest site ? must have ehu.

Walks & cycling direct from site straight into the forest. About 30 minute flat, off road stroll into Brockenhurst village with shops/pubs & railway station.
Walkable into Lyndhurst - took us about an hour (slightly uphill) along forest tracks. The deer wander through the site.

Alternatively, the forestry commission,Hollands Wood is more or less opposite but we've not stayed on there.

Also if you're a cc member is Black Knowl close by.

We use either Ford Farm Stables walking distance to Brockenhurst or Martins Farm Bartley both are CC Cls. We will be stopping at Martins Farm post Bagwell.

Thanks Debs ..................one we have been looking at, but wondered how far into Brockenhurst we had also looked at Longbeech !
