So I was just reading the thread on Lennie's Gin Palace and how he said he used 104amps over night.

Made me curious. With folks different setups.. what do YOU use on average 24 hour period? (Just when running on batteries)

I have 400ah of lithium / 2000 watt invertor
My usage varies from 80 to 100 amps / 24 hours.
4 or 5 x electric kettle
3 x toaster
TV for 3 hours or so at night (weather dependant)
Gas heater for 4 hours a night currently. (Its winter here)
1 x fixed compressor fridge
1 x portable Brass Monkey compressor fridge.
Usual sundries: led lighting, water pump etc
Have two ebikes but not charged from motorhome as yet.

I'm at the other extreme. I travel solo. I don't have lithium, solar, B2B, inverter etc. but just one (now 6 years old) 90Ah Varta lead acid starter battery being used as a leisure battery. I rarely use EHU and can go at least 4 days (I've never been stationary for longer than that) without any charging as it only has to run the water pump, filament 12v lamps, fridge control panel and charge my non-i dumb phone every 5 or 6 days. My Anxiety Panel is basic; no worrying meters or gauges but I have a battery voltage indicator that I plug into the cig lighter socket now and again and the leisure battery hasn't dropped below 12.3v.
In 13 years with that set-up I've never had any electrical issues whatsoever. :giggle:
I have everything I want having started my 'luxury' motorhoming after 40 years touring with a m/bike and tent.
KISS

I feel so insecure when seeing all the above statistics and sure if I did understand so much, there would always be something needing altering or updating. So in my innocent world of ignorance I have, when disaster loomed, been supported here by LennyHB and others. Thank you all.
