Has anybody come across the problem of trying to order an item online while travelling through France or alike, from a french website but having no postage address to put on the website as you live in a motorhome?

Do you guys just get things posted to camp sites, do they even allow that?

Or have you managed to workout getting items delivered to a mail box or a locker? I'm coming up empty on this front.

Cheers

We have used a campsite for delivery, but have had a working (staying) relationship with them. There are Amazon lockers in France - so in theory that should be possible. Look forward to answers from experience.

Poste Restante to nearest post office?

I was wondering if that service still exists. I used to use it a lot in Greece when on my boat.

Anyone know if it still works?

We gat things delivered all over France Spain and Portugal over the last few years. Campsites, Amazon lockers, French post lockers, Portugal parcel offices. All really easy!

We have a lot of our orders delivered to various shops in our local town. I think the couriers prefer delivering there than to our address because they can drop-off several parcels at once with no risk of us not being in. Shoe repairers, small convenience store, computer shop even our huge Leclerc superstore does it. Often quicker too.

Most courriers have the option of either going to a locker, eg amazon and mondial relay, others like dhl etc there are usualy options to have them drop off at pickup points, often a tabac or supermarket, i think with colosimo you can specify a post office.
