Apologies, I have read the post re connectivity with the above SIM card but I’m having problems.
The sim has been activated via my phone and works OK.
I would like to use it I’m my Motorhome Wi-Fi system but when I put the sim in it tries to boot up and then the red no connection light comes on.
I have read that the apn settings need changing.
How do you do this ?
With the sim in I can’t open the app as it says not connected to the internet.
Any pointers please.
Currently in the centre of France.
My Vodafone sim works fine in it.

The app should open and connect to your phone or tablet regardless of the Mifi having an Internet connection, you just have to make sure you have connect to the Mifi in you WiFi connections.

Alternatively you can connect via your browser using the IP address of the Mifi for an Huawei it's normally 192.168.8.1 ( check your manual).

Thanks Lenny. I was opening the app directly and not selecting the Wi-Fi profile.
Got into the settings and now sorted.
