We are due to sail from Plymouth to Santander late tomorrow afternoon. Can anyone give us some advise regarding parking, is it possible to get there early and park up or do we need to pay for parking away from the port?

We parked up, to give our dog a last walkies, at the Plymouth Argyle Football Stadium/ Milehouse P&R. Free and no height barriers and direct access to Central Park.
However, not on match day!
Easy run, 10 mins or less from there to ferry check in.

Had confirmed from Parking services Plymouth City Council can stay overnight at Plymouth Argyle Football Stadium/ Milehouse P&R
Again check out when Plymouth Argyle playing at home and avoid until later in day

If you want to park up and leave the van it's probably not best to do this at the ferry terminal. There is a nice restaurant right by the terminal with loads of parking. We always go there for a meal and then join the queue.
