Hi
Any advice please on the following :
* Fill up the water tank, but contents then fully drain out via (overflow?) pipe underneath vehicle
* WC water flow not functioning
*Taps flow not functioning
* Pump sounds like it’s working ok
Could it be that boiler reset function might the issue ?
Thanks !

Sounds like the drain valve is still open allowing the tank to empty out perhaps?

Getting better month by month.
Concur with bridgedino above. Drain valve in the fresh water tank still open. If your toilet is using fresh tank, it won’t work if no water. Same as taps. Check tank drain and boiler drain. 👍🏻

The boiler drain / frost valve for my 601 is under the bench seat underneath a floor panel. Accidentally left it open one winter after draining down then forgot I’d left it open. Similar symptoms first time I tried to fill next season - dumped all the water all over the drive. Not sure where the boiler drain/frost valve is on a 600 though.

The water storage tank will have its own drain valve, as will the boiler. Which one is emptying out?

As others have said, you will have two drain valves. One you operate, and will f
drain the water tank, the other is an auto frost valve that can operate when temperature gets low, but after that will need to be reset. One the frost valve has popped, each time you operate the pump it will just dump the water on to the ground below the valve.

They can be a bit of a bugger to reset as sometimes they don’t “catch” so takes a few goes

Let us know how you get on.

Problem sorted! Boiler Drain valve was correctly in Closed position but I’d forgotten to push in the button (which is quite hard to see) . Plumbing all ok now and thanks for advice
