Looks like its been shot with a paintball gun and the paint has been allowed to dry in the sun .
No idea what’s caused that .

Stag man has the right idea, it's not your problem.
Probably something contaminated the moulding process and it's within the trim, not on the surface.

Reminds me of the colour of the pink toilet cleaning fluid but don’t know how it could have got there?

I think I will give the dealer a ring in the morning

We had this in our kitchen and we worked out it was a reaction between bleach and P20 sunscreen. The kitchen doors had been touched by someone who had applied P20 and the pink stains appeared when Mrs DBK cleaned the surfaces with a spray on bleach.

Neat washing up liquid eventually removed them but it was hard work.

It seems to be in the plastic I will try with washing up liquid but may just have to go back to the dealer

Just found this - all about a bacteria which causes pink staining.

Pink stuff for cleaning the loo has stained our toilet seat. Could that be the culprit?

I had/get the same pink staining occasionally on my Hymer seals (same as your photo). Baffles me too how it gets there must be sun related. I find using Diamond brite conserver (pink paste) makes it disappear and makes the white rubber seal strips gleaming white too.

I had a pink stain in my wardrobe, it was caused by a leak from the Alde central heating. The fluid is pink. Still awaiting the replacement timber from dealer ....under warranty.

Had This on the white rubber/plastic trims on our Hymer I used some T cut didn’t get it all out but it seems to be a sort of algae or fungus I then waxed over it not got any worse since😊
