What size drill do you want it to take. I have one but it is a micro driller really and the chuck only takes up to 6.35 dia. I can also throw in the X/Y table and a few collets.

I have a similar one to the screwfix one, fine for diy.
Just bought a titan diamond core drill set, amazing what you get for the price now.

loads on ebay this caught my eye

And John, don't worry about the pics now Olley's upset me, I'll have it please. Remind me when Peterborough is on, Thetford via Kings Lynn is a scenic route if you fancy it or I'll collect.

Jaws is that the one with the elliptical chuck, buy a 8mm drill to make 13mm.hole?

Up to you Rob..
Peterborough is around April 25th from memory.. Or you are most welcome to pop over and collect any time after the 22nd of this month ?

We're collecting visitors from Heathrow on April 25th, taking them to Stansted on Sunday 30th. Consider it sold John and we'll sort something.

Not sure how much you want to spend Ted but machine mart sell them relatively cheaply, around £75 for a 13mm chuck pillar drill

Dont think it will help with being Gazumped Ted
But I found you one already drilled
Unless someone steals it from under your nose of course:Eeek:

Hi, I recently bought an 'ex-factory' 1940's pillar drill..weighs about 2cwt...but WOW what a difference from the 'screwfix/trago/B&Q stuff...if you can find one, then you will be in 'Man-Cave-heaven'
