Wow ! How many motorhomes have you owned ? I am truly amazedOne of my RMB Silver Stars. A 670 on the Merc 410 chassis. The second photo is the same bus on route back from Germany with a Dehla Profi, built by the Dehla boatbuilding company on the VW T4 chassis. Both vehicles as rare as hens teeth.

I am attracted to rare quality built vans, the problem being someone else always comes along and wants to buy them off me. Do you think I should take medical advice for this illnessWow ! Ive a mate in scotland restoring a bay window kempering at the minute ...its going to be awesome when finished he's a real artist on VWOwned this just over twenty years ago. It’s a 1965 VW Kemperink. Dutch conversion built for carrying cloths etc. They used the bay window VW also. This one was customised back in the seventies with a tag axle and used to be covered in murals. A mate of mine owned it for years and called it the big six. Was well known in the VW scene around the U.K. I bought it from him with big plans. I redid all the interior, lived in it for a while then sold it on. View attachment 454091
This was the guy who customised it before my mate owned it. Sorry about picture but it’s taken off internet.

That is the first camper I bought. If I remember rightly it had the Triumph herald engine at less than 1000cc. I think I paid the princely sum of £150 for it back in the day.View attachment 454156
Did someone mention Atlas Vans, a 1960 advert.
Hiya Jock, it'll be back on in a couple of months. The thing these people don't realise is it's an 811, not many of them about these days. Anyone who knows these old trucks will out question a scammer in no time.I'm glad you posted that.................................as I've just reported it as a scam.
Cheers,
Jock.
I love the way you always seemed to have a trailer on your travels . I could never imagine driving such a long vehicle like that . You must be a very good driver after owing all those vehiclesHere is another of my RMBs, A 760 with matching RMB/Fitzel trailer. The trailer was the only one built by RMB and was built to the same quality as there vans. Its now owned by a lovely couple who are also funsters.

That's lovely, im loving that Fleetwood
Interesting, What was the layout like? is that 2 hab doors I can see? Like the RMB mind. This one must rank as the ugliest motorhome ever built. An Elddis Autoking tag axle, reputably built special order for the singer Frank Ifield. It had everything factory fitted including an Onan LPG generator and surprisingly the layout was very good. I bought it from a Spaniard in Benidorm and worked on it as a project one winter before bringing it back to the UK.
