Hi driving along about 40 pheasant flue out of hedge and collided with over cab front causing quite a big dent.van is ACE Firenze any ideas how can remove. TIA.

Is the overcab grp, steel or aluminium?
Is it just dented and not creased?
Is it at a corner or where two panels join?
A photo would help in getting some valid suggestions.

I assume it is aluminium so if you pull the dent out you will end up with a bump as aluminium stretches. Propably best to fill & spray it.

hot glue gun and some pieces of wood. Clean the area, then use hot glue to stick the bit of wood in the dent. Pull the dent out, then use isopropyl alcohol to release the glue. The dents will generally just pop straight out. If there is a crease in dented aluminium (or steel) warm the area with hot air and it will, with a bit of luck pop out. Metal has "memory" and will want to return to it's previous shape

I had similar on car bumper.I used a hot air gun carefully. Warmed it up and it popped back into place.Try finding some kind of strong sucker to put in centre of dent while warming it up.It may pop back.Just seen Lenys reply. If aluminium then it wont work

A bird hit the front of our Motorhome as we drove through France a few years ago. We didn't see it, but heard the bang . It wasn't until we stopped for diesel, and some children in a car were pointing and laughing, that I went to look what they were laughing at.

Feel your pain mate, we had a direct hit on our windscreen in January on our way to France. Hope you find a solution to fix it.

No prizes for guessing the last thing to go through its brain.

We had similar.

First ever weekend in our new van, right after lockdown.

The site warden did say "I thought it was one of those joke grill ornaments!"

Remove the interior and take it to a dent repairer, they use infrared heaters to warm the paint and know exactly where to push to get the Dent out, it's a real skill to well, especially on aluminium.
