Can anyone recommend a garage to service my 2003 Autocruiser and do MOT.
I need my brake pads/discs checking as I was in a flood for 5 days in July brakes may need cleaning, also may need a complete new exhaust .
Gateshead/Newcastle area.

Camper NE at Birtley have full servicing facilities. We're too far away to use them for that but they treated us very well when we bought our current van from them almost 5 years ago.

So you were in a flood in July and suspect it may have caused damage to the brakes so you've left it till December to get them checked?

Ask them to check wheelbearings and gearbox oil whilst they're at it. I would not want to rely on wheelbearings in particular if the hub has been underwater. There is a chance they'll survive if the hubs were cold when flooded but if they were even slightly warm (from use) they will have taken water into the bearings.
