Peugeot Boxer 2014 Cab Battery

My cab battery is bad. Holding charge for barely a week. Jumped it again tonight to bring it home from storage to charge.

Opened up the floor to look and noticed something isn't connected. Anybody know what it is?

Off to search for the correct battery from Euro Car Parts anyway, swapping it anyway before looking for any high drain, I'm not great with electrics.

Appreciate any funster wisdom here.

I have the same loose not connected wire in my battery box, its probably for some add on that you haven't got.
I think someone said it was for a tow bar trailer wire connector.
Do you have solar, I connected my engine battery to it on the secondary charger and its great

Thanks, just watched a video of ducato battery swap and noticed the same loose cable, so red herring cheers.

I'm waiting on solar, very busy installer. So going to swap the battery anyway just for piece of mind so I know its good before the solar.

I am getting the NDS MPPT dual charger with the solar, so will be less worried in storage, and they are also just installing electric points to use in the yard.
