just looking...
Has anyone here ever put a large petrol engine in a motorhome and run on LPG? All the petrol engined models are 2.0l, far too small to pull a load of any size. I'm after my first 'large' motorhome but not keen on the diesel offerings :-)

Possibly, but I'm wondering if a more modest and economical v6 would fit in a medium sized van. I run a Mazda Bongo with a v6, but want a bigger van but without the smokey diesel engine :)

My RV has a 6.8 litre, V10 Ford petrol engine, running on LPG. Runs like a sewing machine, so smooth, and to be honest, the cost of LPG in the UK and indeed Europe, equates to running a diesel engined MoHo doing 26-28mpg.
