Any one know what this is. I have a motorhome, eldis 155. This is on the Peugeot boxer frame. In the centre switch’s below the heater dials I have a flashing switch light even when the van is locked, empty etc. The switch is the rear screen and wing mirror demisters. I don’t have a rear screen and possible it might be linked to the wing mirrors. As it on all the time. It killing my battery. I looked for the fuse but it’s not in the box next to the steering or under the bonnet. Any one have any ideas. Is it a fault. Any advice would be appreciated

Regards

Chris

I don’t know, but is the rear screen and mirror heating controlled by a relay? Do you have a manual?

That will power heated mirrors, switch must have stuck.
pop it out and remove wiring to stop the drain on battery till you fix the switch or replace it.

The heated mirrors/rear screen switch should only work with the engine running , so , as suggested it could be a faulty relay, what year is the Motorhome as the fuses are different depending on the year ?

A Google is showing me that it’s the readout for reversing sensors.

The rear demister switch should only operate when engine is running, and then it will heat your wing mirrors

I dont know if it is any help but I think you should find that If the fuses/relays are the same as for a Fiat X250 (which I expect they may well be) the Fuses F40 and F41 (both 15 amp ) in the drivers side fuse box near the steering , are for the rear mirror and rear window heating. The heated rear window/mirror heater relay is in the same fuse box and is the left hand one of the pair in the middle of the four that are there. (T11 30amp )
