Patchy body work

Hi all I have a 2008 ford caisson motor home the rear motorhome body has become patchy on 1 side I have cleaned it with all different cleaners wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue , or found a good product to remove patchy areas thanks Gareth

I would try using a compound and buffing machine,

Be careful, the paint may be very thin.

I don’t think it will be paint. I think it is a GRP panel.

Looks like mould, perhaps try a bleaching agent on a small area?
