In my view it's photoshopped and simply ran into the ditch the right way up then shopped upside down.

So it's real. Then how did it happen?

My guess would be that he dropped his right front wheel into the ditch next to the road, the vehicle dug its nose in and twisted, the rear flipped up and over and the vehicle was held in this position.
