Parking in Warwick.

Does anyone have recommendations for MH parking in Warwick? We're staying there but will arrive a couple of hours before the c&mc site will let us in (so we get enough time to visit the castle!).

I've seen this page - https://www.warwickdc.gov.uk/info/20535/car_parks - which suggests despite a 2m height restriction they might let you in if you call the number (which I will try tomorrow), but as always, personal experience always trumps council advice

Yes it does, but I have learned over the last year that people often have local recommendations which don't always get the publicity from the local council. I guess it might turn out to be a daft question, but hey ho..

There is a carpark between the football courts and race course stand/buildings which allows motorhome parking 24/7 and sleeping also allowed, I have stopped here in the past and chatted to the parking warden in the morning and all good...its on p4n ...you can see the club site across the race course. ideal for what you want, just check there is not a race meeting on as it is used on race days which are not many. there is a height barrier but it's open between something like 8am and 7pm with a contact No if got issues.
