P24D1 Regeneration incomplete

Hi All,
Fiat Ducato 2021 13000 miles on the clock

Whilst on holiday in Scotland, the Amber engine management warning light came on and stop start not available.
I've read through all the other posts regarding the faulty Particulate matter sensors.
Is this the same problem?
I used the van for a couple of days before driving 400 miles home and the warning light is still on this morning.
Should I just reset the code and see what happens?

Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks

If you have a freeze frame capability copy the info. Then delete.
It is a "popular" code and problem search on Fiat forum let a,one here. There was a campaign but not a recall so only rectified if normaly seen a a fiat pro dealer.

It would only usually occur if you are frequently turning the engine off whilst it is regenerating.

Is there any published evidence of this? Or anyone who has had this issue and can check if there have been events like this by using multiecuscan. This type of info is readily available with mes.
