I have a Oyster V with error code2011. If i open the antennabox, check motors and maybe replace the PCB. Are there any basic settings I need to make on the parts?

Morning Sir Lexus

Error 2011 is overcurrent at elevation which essentially is telling you that the elevation motor is impaired. This could be caused by a number of different things but is normally either a faulty circuit board or a seized motor. There are other "mechanical" reasons it can give this error as well but without seeing the unit it's difficult to diagnose fully.

Thanks MisterB for the tag!

Honestly mate, what would we do without you. You’ve literally helped out hundreds of us Funsters with our satellite problems, often with a phone call to cover step by step instructions on how to retune, realign and repair. You’ve helped me out on at least 3 occasions, 2 of which were long phone calls and each time you have been thorough and patient throughout.

You my friend, are a blooming star for all your support to the forum, it’s a huge thank you from me 🥇

Jim can we denote Anthony with any extra special member award on his avatar, as we have with others, I think he deserves recognition for his support and service 👍🏻

Thanks for the lovely message PP Bear

I must admit I don't get to sit online all day so as much as I'll always help out with problems concerning our products it's a testament to this community that I get so many notifications from Funsters alerting me to Oyster threads. I couldn't have the coverage on here I do without you guys so thank you to all that tag me in posts!
