Oyster Satellite Dish fault

I have spoken to a gentleman from Oyster in the past but I cannot remember his name,
I was out with the motorhome this weekend with the dish elevated. 9n Saturday night there was a dump of snow. Sunday morning I retracted the dish and after coming down it had a message about V drive. It was all the way down.
Now the panel is reading ingintion active. The keys are out and I have switched the 12volt on and off a couple of times at the Hymer panel.
How can I reset it, if that is what it needs.

Firstly sorry for the delayed response, I have been away over Christmas and have only just returned to work this morning.
This sounds like a vehicle fault or a software glitch on the system. Good news is that we should be able to assist with this over the phone so if you'd like to give us a call in the office then we can talk you through what needs to be done.
