The new Aire at Arras? Depends which direction your travelling from.

Don't like to say this but have you looked at campingcarpark, don't know where the nearest one is but they all have hookup.

There is a privately owned Aire at a village called Embry about 1 hour south of Calais N 50.495350, E 1.966020. The owner lives in the village and calls round when she sees you on CCTV. There is a base fee and then you can add on with tokens, ie EHU, showers, Bourn etc.

Very well laid out, clean etc.

One note of caution the entrance drive off the approach road is steep and if you have a long overhang, you may bottom out, but this can be easily avoided if you drive past, turn round in the village and approach from the other direction.

We've used this a few times for an overnight before or after ferry. Level, quiet and a very nice lady collects the €8.00.

Camping carpark at Merlimont is about 1 hour 15 mins away. 12 euros - electric, water. Waste. WiFi.

If you haven't used camping car park before it's very easy. Get a card on entry. Top it up with euros. Use card to exit. 24 hours. All automatic. Customer service on the phone is good if you get any problems.

Ferme de l'Horloge at Tardinghen just above Wissant. Lovely view over the channel on a clear day. The pitches on the right as you drive down into the Farm do not have electric but go past the left side of the barn and the pitches at the rear of the barn have electric. Fresh water, waste via an honesty box.
