2010?
Evening
Can anyone throw light on why we are noticing little holes coming through on our over cab blind?
Something eating at it?
We’re confused, it’s ; yrs old
I will add photo tomorrow
🤔👍

When you slam the cab or hab doors with the blind in the closed position, there’s a kind of vacuum created by the back draught created. This causes the blind to flex up then down. Over time constant flexing of the blind creates the pin hole effect.

If it's the concertina blinds that pull along the skylights you are taking about they do develop little holes due to wear n tear and being pulled back n forth all the time.
I use small squares of aluminium tape to cover them , placing them on the upper side of the blind (which is aluminium in appearance) so you can't see them from inside the van.
Hope this helps.
Cheers Cris 🍻
