Just got back from a great meet met many new funsters and old faces too, as paul said many blinds still drawn at nearly mid day, we forgot to put clocks forward:Doh: as couldnt see them after coming back from partying, so breakfast turned into late brunch. Thanks to Brian, Suzzy and the Sundowners for stewarding, a great time was had by all.
See more of you at Peterbrough, or at the meet at Misterton on the 9/11 April, still time to let us know if you wish to join us :thumb:

Just got back. What a fab weekend, and an even better night last night in our own pavilion. Yep, there was certainly some booze went under the table for sure :Eeek:and it was great with well over 100 of us there.

With the expected arrival of 65 Units Brian, Suzy and their support team dutifully manned the entrance. Now, 10 hours is a long time to be without a place of rest. With rain treatening :rain:there was only one thing for it - the erection of a toilet tent. :Rofl1: (see both on Duty).

Paul (Haganap) even got to try out Jean's new , GT Chariot (see updated photo) and was really excited at the thought of running around the pitch rounding up the kids. Bryan thought it unfaithful that he could not have it to do his marsalling of vehicles around the site:cry:.

Once again many thanks to Brian and Suzi for what turned out to be a great weekend. It was great to see faces new and old and so many warm hearts in the cold weather (pinched that line from Steven, Pats brother).

See you next week at Wigan. After that will see anyone who will be at Garda.

Jan n Pat

Just got home, Sian and Katie still asleep in the RV.

Nice to meet some of the many new faces and giggle with some of the old ones. Bryan, Suzy, Nigel and Pamela (Sundowners) did excellent work in welcoming everyone and parking them all up prettily; I don't think I've ever seen such straight lines at a Funsters meet. The two night time gatherings were great Fun, we loved every minute. Thanks all:thumb:
