Still got it it my it just passed it mot and we use it it our only mode of transport

That’s my local supplier of bits. In fact we were in there Friday for a hook up socket. I seem to remember a van being loaded with bits.
Having management with me I had to keep an eye on what she found to buy.

Made the iner part of the wing new whell arch on the way I did start to make a repair panel but it would have been plenty strong enough
It just wouldn’t look right.
So ordered a new wheel arch coming Monday
Any whare I see rust it getting cut out to good steel the way I am going ther won’t be much left

A bit of filler and job done

Of all the vehicles I have ever had the misfortune to work on transit have the thinest crape stell of them all
Chases. Fine body Panils so thin to weld plug welding is ok .
But I prefer to do a full but weld but the grinder sorted out most of my mistakes
Flushed it back.
Treated where I can with rust treatment finish of with under seal
Both sides bit of filler over welded arias
Job done

Been working on the van today with my grandouter she done a yet at college learning welding seven years ago she done a bit of welding today.
She’s better than me I know whose doing the welding now.
Will update with photos eventually
